PRAYER OF PEACE FOR SYRIA
O God of peace, who are peace itself and whom a spirit of discord cannot grasp, nor a violent mind receive, grant that those who are one in heart
may persevere in what is good and that those in conflict may forget evil and so be healed. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
St John Damascene, pray for us.

PALLOTTINE REFLECTION
It is not the defence of one’s own right that guards, preserves and perpetuates the evangelical works, but a humble life, which not only perpetuates them, but also increases them immeasurably. Anyone of us who should prove to be lacking in charity and in humility, would be an envoy of the devil and not of God.
St Vincent Pallotti, pray for us.

Mother of Divine Love, pray for us.
