PRAYER OF PEACE FOR SYRIA
O God of peace, who are peace itself and whom a spirit of discord cannot grasp, nor a violent mind receive, grant that those who are one in heart
may persevere in what is good and that those in conflict may forget evil and so be healed. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.

PALLOTTINE REFLECTION
Lord Jesus, make us ready for service in our vocation and for our countries and our world. We place our life, our work, our time at your disposal. Make us deeply aware of you. Take us fully to yourself and bind us tightly to you. Lord Jesus Christ, though you became a brother and a servant, yet you remained Our Lord. The divine service and the divine law is nothing but to love one’s brothers and sisters so that everyone does good to everyone else always urged by selfless love.
St Vincent Pallotti, pray for us
