Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School.
Foundation Governor Vacancy.
Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School (Hastings) has a vacancy for a person to join our team as a Foundation Governor.
As practising Catholics Foundation governors have a statutory duty to preserve and develop the religious character of the school and ensure compliance with the Trust Deed.  They are supported in their role by the Schools Service through training, guidance and policies.
Sacred Heart is committed to safeguarding, and promoting the welfare of, its pupils and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
If, like us, you have a passion for high quality Catholic education, feel that you have the skills to support our strategic leadership of the school and are able to commit to volunteering the time to be effective in the role please contact Stephen Calladine-Evans (chair of governors) by email at chair@sacred-heart.e-sussex.sch.uk to arrange a conversation about this exciting and rewarding role.

PALLOTTINE
POST-COMMUNION PRAYER
Holy Spirit, you live and reign in your Church. Fill us with your power. Give us the spirit of wisdom and understanding, of counsel and strength, of knowledge and piety and reverence. Make us one in you and may your church live as one in your love.  Father of light, from whom every good gift comes, send your Spirit into our lives with the power of a mighty wind, and by the flame of your wisdom open the horizons of our minds. Loosen our tongues to sing your praise in words beyond the power of speech, for without your Spirit we could never raise our voices in words of peace or announce the truth that Jesus is Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

St Vincent Pallotti, pray for us.
Mary, Mother of Divine Love, pray for us
