CHURCH FLOWERS MINISTRY Our heartfelt thanks to Ann, Angela and their team who have decorated the church so beautifully for many years. They are retiring after the weekend of 12th April. From then on we will need a new team.  If you would like to be part of the team, please let Fr Seamus know. The duties included arranging flowers and disposing of them later on. ---------------------------------------------------- CAN YOU DONATE CROCKERY, curtains or a vacuum cleaner to a learning disabled adult who is struggling in an unfurnished flat having been moved off disability benefits and onto Job Seekers’ Allowance. SEASON OF LENT Wednesday is ASH WEDNESDAY and is a Day of Fasting and Abstinence. Mass at 10am and 7.30pm. Ashes will be distributed at both Masses. STATIONS OF THE CROSS 9.30am each Friday in Lent. -------------------------------------------------- SPECIAL COLLECTION THIS WEEKEND For the Lourdes Pilgrimage Fund. --------------------------------------------------- CONFIRMATION CLASSES RESUME On Saturday 21st February at 4pm  in the presbytery. PARISH FINANCES The offertory collection at last weekend’s Masses came to £725.57 including cheques and standing orders. Many thanks to all concerned. PALLOTTINE PRAYER Lord, make me a better person, more considerate towards others, more honest with myself, more faithful to you. Make me generous enough to want sincerely to do your will whatever it may be.
